Final testing underway for offshore injection system.

Another key component in the Greensand Future project is moving towards installation.

The Offshore Injection System (OIS) is currently undergoing final testing ahead of its planned installation at the Nini A platform in the Danish part of the North Sea.

The system will connect the CO₂ tanker to the reservoir via: A 130-meter dynamic riser, and a 300-meter static flex hose to the Nini A platform.

Recent progress includes:
Successful pressure testing of the flexible hoses
Trial fitting of buoyancy elements and Uraduct protection shells at our supplier’s facilities NOV in Hungary.

Representatives from INEOS Energy were on site in Hungary to follow the process firsthand and support final preparations for installation.

Another important milestone in preparing for permanent, offshore CO₂ storage in the Danish North Sea.
